WELCOME!

This website is dedicated to all who are interested in personal and organizational development, and a healthy balance between the two. In other words: to all who want to continue to invest precious lifetime and attention into improving their dealing well with themselves, and with others (including, but not restricted to, their "significant others") - to define, and sustainably reach goals worth striving for.

This website was started on March 25, 2007, and is expected to grow in content and quality over time: one example of "organizational development in real-time". I've just started to learn how to do that...

Here's some views I've enjoyed from my desk, where I'm sitting and writing when I'm not "on the road":

You see, I've come to learn to enjoy the sunny sides of live - while remembering, and utilizing, the other ones, too...

Should that be something you're currently working on, too - be it in your professional / business context or just for yourself and those you like to be close to - you're welcome to contact me! We might try and find out in what ways might bring some benefit: to you, to me, and to the world.

What I'd contribute to this encounter: My willingness to learn how I might be of help, my creativity, my empathy, my sense of humour, my coaching skills, my professional background (a multi-year biomedical marketing and innovations scientist-turned-manager, and now coach, consultant, trainer for management-skills, and academic-level teacher for organizational development), my curiosity for ressources and for desirable development, and my network of wonderful people with complementary experiences and skills. How could that fit your needs and desires?

If you let me know, you're

WELCOME!
